While preparing the documents for Fund registration, we received an information about a person in a very difficult situation.

A single man, 44 years old, with a III level disability- his living conditions were hard to call just bad, they were horrible. He lives in a social apartment where have been no repairs since it was built. What happened in the apartment where he had previously lived with his mother cannot be described in words. Now the mother, who was considered the official guardian, is being treated, and she is unlikely to return home.

It took a considerable effort from the social service to make his housing at least somewhat tidy. The apartment is social, it belongs to the municipality and in order to make repairs it will need to arrange all the necessary documents, it is very difficult. Meanwhile, a person has to live somehow.

Irina Ziuziova, one of the volunteers of our Fund, claimed to Visaginas St. Panteleimon Church through the Facebook that a person first needs a sofa and a washing machine.

We are infinitely proud of our people! That same evening, a man wishing to remain anonymous wrote that he would buy and install a washing machine. The next day, philanthropists who were willing to help with the money responded. While the money was being transferred from England, one of the Fund’s volunteers bought a sofa-bed from his own funds. Now the Anatoly Fund has 70 euros left. Bedding will be purchased from this money.
