We continue to help Ukrainian children who ended up in Visaginas due to war in Ukraine. 752.04 euros were spent on clothes, shoes, stationery and excursions to Vilnius for children who study at the pre-gymnasium “Gerosios vilties“.

We are sending regards on behalf of the Kiev family home children, who now live in “Visagino šeimos ir gerovės centras”!
Many thanks to everyone who responded to our request for help and supported the fundraising “Help for children from the Kiev family home”. During the fundraising campaign we were able to raise and transfer to the bank account of “Visagino šeimos ir gerovės centras” 3491.20 Euro.
At the moment, the children have everything they need, therefore the management of “Visagino šeimos ir gerovės centras” decided to use the funds throughout of 2022 for the following kids needs:

Yesterday 23 kids from the Kiev Children’s Family Home were brought to Visaginas. Age – from 3 to 18 years. At the moment, all children are placed in Visagino šeimos ir vaiko gerovės centras and provided with food. However, there is a need for underwear, indoor shoes, tracksuits, towels, hygiene products, school supplies, electronics for studying and more.
We appeal to all our friends – together we can help children adapt to a new place sooner and forget the horrors they experienced!
All funds raised will be used to help children.

Our Fund has joined the “Let’s Help Alexey” campaign (http://www.lithuanian.site/) with purpose to help the Metalnikov family, which found itself in a very difficult situation.
On New Year’s Eve, Alexei was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme (malignant brain tumor).
In addition to the standard treatment in the form of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, Alexey needs to undergo a course of immunotherapy. The clinic in Cologne agreed to accept Alexei for treatment. This clinic uses the most advanced and new methods of immunotherapy. But the treatment costs a lot of money (120-150 thousand euros).
Our goal is to help the family in raising this money and to support Alexey, Sasha and their parents in this difficult hour. Be with us!
